The Spectrum 42661 is the correct OEM Locking Anchor Retrofit Kit for Spectrum Aquatics pool lifts, including Aspen, Freedom, and older Spectrum fixed‑anchor lift installations.
It is used when you need to retrofit an existing deck anchor to meet ADA‑compliant locking requirements.

What the 42661 Retrofit Kit Does

The 42661 kit is designed to:

• Convert an existing Spectrum lift anchor into a locking anchor

• Bring older lifts into ADA compliance

• Secure the lift mast to the deck using a locking bolt + hardware

• Work with Aspen, Freedom, and pre‑2012 Spectrum fixed‑anchor lifts

This is the correct kit when the lift already has an anchor installed, but the anchor does not include a locking mechanism.
